Steve Cummock is an Advisor at NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors. He has a strong emphasis on industrial and retail investments but is truly an Investment Sales Specialist. Over the years, Steve has helped many clients from multi-tenant investments to owner-users.

Prior to NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Steve spent 2 years with a commercial real estate brokerage firm here in Denver and 8 years in real estate sales with homebuilders along the Front Range. Over Steve’s career in real estate, he has consistently been a top producer at the companies he worked with trading over $110 million worth of real estate in over 100 transactions.

Steve has a passion for teaching and helping develop the next generation by serving as the Kids Ministry Director at his church. When he is not helping his clients find investment opportunities or teaching the kids, Steve likes to spend time with family on the golf course or at the lake paddle boarding. Prior to his brokerage career, Steve worked as a strength and conditioning coach training elite athletes at both the professional and collegiate levels. Steve received his degrees in exercise physiology and biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
