Matt Lewallen is a Principal and Co-Founder of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors. Matt has a strong emphasis on Multifamily but is truly an Investment Sales Specialist. He has helped many clients transition throughout various asset classes as the market changes and dictates —this specialized ability has helped his clients achieve their investment goals in all cycles of the market.

Prior to starting NorthPeak Commercial Advisors, Matt spent 11 years with a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm in Denver. Over Matt’s tenure there he was consistently a top producer not only at the firm, but citywide. Prior to his brokerage career, Matt founded a Denver development firm that purchased, rehabbed, and sold 150± apartment units throughout Denver.

Matt received his degree in Civil Engineering and played a large role in the estimating and construction of several heavy civil construction projects with budgets in excess of $1 billion, including the I-25 widening, from Broadway to County Line, commonly referred to as “T-Rex”.
