Dan Hawthorne is a Senior Advisor at NorthPeak, specializing in multifamily and hospitality investments, with additional experience across retail and industrial. Since entering the industry in 2018, Dan has closed over $112M in transaction volume as a licensed broker in Colorado.  He is also licensed in Montana.

Dan built his foundation running point on $122M in deals as a transaction manager for one of the top producing CRE brokerage teams in Colorado. From there, he quickly rose to his current role as Senior Advisor in just a few years.

Raised in Missoula, Montana, Dan grew up ski racing competitively before heading to the University of Arizona, where he studied Finance and pursued a minor in Music, playing tenor saxophone in the university’s Studio Jazz Ensemble. He built his career in Colorado while staying rooted in Montana, and these days splits his time between the two. Outside of work, Dan is happily married to his wife, Em.
