Before launching NorthPeak, Kevin spent 11 years at a boutique investment real estate firm in Denver, where he consistently ranked as a top-producing agent and emerged as one of the city’s leading multifamily brokers.

Kevin’s entrepreneurial background includes serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Modo Developers, a Denver-based real estate development company that generated over $10 million in annual sales. From 2003 to 2009, Modo became Denver’s largest condo conversion firm, completing numerous successful projects across the metro area.

Earlier in his career, Kevin spent nine years with the Southwestern Company, the nation’s oldest direct sales organization. During his tenure, he built and led a sales force of over 75 people across nine states, earning accolades such as “Top First-Year Salesperson,” “Top Experienced Salesperson,” and “Top Student Manager.”
