Zach Rodriguez is an advisor on the Calame-Lewallen Team at NorthPeak Commercial Advisors, specializing in industrial and retail properties throughout the Denver Metro Area.

Zach works with buyers, sellers, and tenants across a range of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on small-bay industrial and retail assets. He combines a strong financial and analytical background with a practical, market-driven approach to help clients make informed real estate decisions. Zach is committed to delivering clear insights on valuation, positioning, and market trends, while prioritizing his clients’ goals at every stage of the transaction. His relationship-focused approach emphasizes responsiveness, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining NorthPeak, Zach gained experience in both finance and real estate through internships with IMA Financial Group and Shenandoah Energy Partners. At IMA Financial, he worked on the executive risk team, and at Shenandoah Energy Partners, he was involved in capital fundraising and financial analysis, including identifying leasing opportunities and supporting investment decisions.

Zach earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, with an emphasis in Real Estate, from Clemson University. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
