Richard is the Marketing Director at NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate and is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all internal and external marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities.

He has spent the last five years in the real estate industry (commercial, industrial, vacant land, and residential) managing internal teams, outside vendors, and third parties to achieve marketing goals and increase brand awareness. This includes the marketing of properties valued from $200,000 to $46 million. By leveraging print and digital marketing strategies, Richard has helped achieve swift dispositions of real estate assets to support an annual sales volume of $400 million.

Richard graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication. In his free time, he enjoys telling jokes, listening to vinyl, and punishing his tastebuds with the spiciest foods he can find.
