Marco Izzia is a Senior Advisor with NorthPeak Commercial Advisors, in Houston, TX. Marco has a strong emphasis on Multifamily, bringing a background in development, real estate private equity investing, and housing policy, to a client-centered, wholistic approach to investment underwriting.

Prior to joining NorthPeak Commercial Advisors in Texas, Marco spent three years running a real estate consulting firm helping mission-based non-profits. He served clients across the United States on a variety of projects, from historical rehabs, to LIHTC affordable housing, to workforce housing, and bespoke research projects. He has also taught several courses at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including Affordable Housing Development, and worked as a Housing Policy Associate for a think-tank.

Marco was born in Milan, Italy, and brings a worldly perspective to his work. He takes a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities, working tirelessly to unlock value for his clients.
