George Maldonado is an advisor on the Schaefer-Sherman Team at Northpeak Commercial Advisors, specializing in Multifamily Investment Sales throughout the Denver Metro Area and across Colorado.

George advises buyers and sellers of multifamily investment properties, leveraging a strong analytical approach and a deep understanding of real estate markets to help clients make informed investment decisions. He is focused on delivering accurate valuations, data-driven market insights, and tailored strategies designed to maximize value and align each transaction with his clients’ broader financial objectives. Throughout negotiations and complex transactions, George provides clear, strategic guidance while building lasting relationships grounded in trust, reliability, and performance.

Prior to joining Northpeak, George earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from Montana State University and developed hands-on experience in real estate finance, development, and deal structuring as a commercial development intern. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors making the most of life in Colorado.
