We were able to match them with a buyer we had worked with in the past to get the sellers the best price for their building which was more than 5% higher than the competing offers in an otherwise difficult market. Utilizing Seller Financing the sellers were able to receive a large down payment and a better price for the building, and the buyers received a better loan than what banks could. This asset provided our buyer with a value-add opportunity through converting the current gross leases to NNN leases and provided our seller with the capital to retire. Both parties benefitted greatly from the sale and are incredibly happy with the outcome.”
