Principals Scott Fetter and Joe Hornstein (AQYRE) represented the buyer, and Tom Ethington (Blue West Capital) represented the seller.
The portfolio sale consisted of seven contiguous parcels in the Sloans Lake area. The lots are a mix of duplexes, four-plexes and a six-plex. The lots are located in a designated Federal Opportunity Zone, though the Buyer has opted to forego those benefits and operate the deal as a traditional investment.
After closing, Mr. Fetter commented “This is a great deal for a Buyer with the value-add experience and capabilities our client has. The central location and the attractive pricing give the Buyer a great basis for a long-term hold.
