Hunter is a Senior Advisor at NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors where he specializes in $1-10M multifamily investments, particularly in the Denver core and west side. Hunter helps clients buy or sell multifamily properties and has directly brokered over 75 deal sides totaling nearly $200 million worth of transactions.

Hunter grew up around real estate investment in the San Francisco Bay Area – assisting in management and renovation of apartment buildings as early as middle school. Upon entering the brokerage world, Hunter quickly set himself apart as a producer via transaction volume and call volume. Hunter was recognized by DMCAR as the #2 young broker in the industry after closing more than 20 transactions totaling over $60,000,000 in his second year.

In his free time he enjoys golfing and rooting for the Golden State Warriors.
