Just Sold: Congress Park 37-Unit

Denver, CO – January 3, 2023 – NorthPeak Commercial Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 1451-1459 Detroit St., Denver, CO 80206.

Conner Piretti and Greg Johnson of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller in this transaction.

“This sale is a good example of how we’re getting creative to get deals done in today’s debt environment. The Seller had an assumable loan at just 3.07% which was fixed for four more years. This allowed the Buyer to pay more for the property than he could have when getting new debt at today’s rates.”

This is the fifth transaction for the Johnson-Piretti team with the Seller and the second with the Buyer. “In today’s market, it’s never been more important to know the players – Buyers, Sellers, lenders, and title companies – and to be able to predict how they’ll operate during a transaction.
