Prior to joining NorthPeak, Marshal directly led and developed a team of 50+ employees at Chick-fil-A. He oversaw staff hiring, leadership and communication development, performance evaluations, and daily execution while building a culture centered on accountability and excellence.

At NorthPeak, he helps clients evaluate opportunities with confidence, navigate complex transactions with precision, and align each acquisition or disposition with their broader investment goals.
